The TCVAA Canada's newly elected executive members came together and held the first fundraising party at Shangrila Restaurant on October 25, 2008 to a resounding success.

Earlier at a meeting, Ex President Tsultrim Palden explained briefly on the important aspects of rules and regulation of the organization and ex accountant Tenzin Thinley explained accounting system and handed over the books of account and other stuffs as listed in the “belongings list”

The new committee distributed it's portfolios. For more details, visit the About section. The members were elected on June 28, 2008 at a meeting and dinner at Holy Family church in Parkdale, Toronto.

At the dinner event, former President Tsultrim Palden la presented the activity report during his term and how a solid foundation was laid out as founding members for the Association including rules and regulations, name, logo, website and membership IDs. The accounts were also presented.

The term for members is two years.
